Roller Blinds
Upstairs
!! Quick Tips
Select 0 to operate all blinds at once
Select a number to operate an individual blind
To check battery levels – when blinds are up press and hold the up arrow – the blinds will then go down to a position to indicate the remaining charge in the battery – if it goes to the floor it is fully charged, if the blind stops half way it has 50% etc.
Please keep don’t let the blinds amount of charge drop to less than 25% as low charge rates can ruin the batteries.
Charging
There is a white charger and cable in the hall draw – simply plug the charger into the wall and connect it to the blind ( the input is at one end of the blind roller )

Downstairs
Unfortunately this is a different system to the upstairs.

Select AL to operate all blinds at once

With these blind there is no way to tell how charged the batteries are so please charge each blind every six months – There are a couple of chargers so you can do two at a time.

There is a couple of black chargers in the hall draw – simply plug the charger into the wall and connect it to the blind ( the input is at one end of the blind roller ) red light is charging – green light is fully charged.

This is manually turned on and off via the switch with powerpoint next to the towel rail.

Electric Front Gate
The front gate is operated by a remote or the button next to the pedestrian gate.
Gate Button next to pedestrian gate
Press once to open and once to close.
The gate is meant to automatically close after a couple of minutes but this does not alway occure so please manually check it is closed.

!!Troubleshooting
Occasionally the gate will stop working (this is rare but it does happen) To reset it and get it working again you simple need to turn off, then back on, the power supply to do this is under the front deck just near where the two deck levels meet.
The gate switch is the rear one (the front switch is for the garden lights)
Once you have turned the read switch off and on the gate will begin working again via the remotes.
Lighting
Front Garden Lights
These are controlled only via an app called elluminate available on the app store and google play.
Its pretty easy to set up schedules and it will run itself.

Front Deck Light
These are controlled by a WEMO switch at the door which can also be controlled by the WEMO app available on the app store and google play.
Currently there is a schedule set to turn on 15 mins after sunset and turn off at 21:30

These lights can all be controlled by a light switch but for extra options such as schedule or colours you can control them via the WIZ app.

Hot Water Heater
Very occasionaly in winter this does not initially produce hot water and the hot water tap pressure drops – its because the thermostat is too cold – you need to run the hotwater tap for a while to get the temp up so that the pilot lights the gas.
